Woman sentenced in death of Skylar Neese set for first parole hearing Tuesday About the Facility. Lakin Correctional Center and Jail is located six miles north of Point Pleasant on WV Route 62. It is a maximum security correctional facility which houses custody levels ranging from minimum to maximum and is the only all-female prison in the state.
